Free standing and portable on its four heavy duty wheels, this large commercial oven has two decks, which are controlled separately, and can hold up to 12 x 10inch pizzas in total.Reaching temperatures of 400°C this professional oven is perfect for commercial cooking, the reinforced steel doors provide easy and individual access to each stone base oven whilst keeping the heat in.The oven is pre-set as three phase; however the oven is capable of being a single phase oven. Ask a qualified electrician for further advice and help when installing and converting the oven from three to single phase. The oven needs a 6mm cable for wiring.
