Additionally there is a built in humidistat, which turns the fan on when the relative humidity (condensation level) reaches the trigger threshold (adjustable at installation between 60% and 90% RH). Once the condensation clears the fan runs on for the pre-set time then switches off. The humidistat will always over-ride the timer even when the room light is off. This fan can be run in humidistat only mode with only a live and neutral connection. If you require to operate with the room light switch a second switched live connection is required. This fan must be connected to a permanently energised circuit that is not routinely switched on / off.
